Before you write
- A site returns no results? Some websites block proxy services, require a login or load media only with JavaScript. Try the Bookmarklet mode first; if that fails too, send us the URL and we'll take a look.
- A download fails? Try “Open in new tab” from the preview window. Some servers only allow their own pages to load their files; the file then opens in a new tab where you can save it.
- Copyright request? Please read our copyright & DMCA policy first. It lists the information we need.
We usually reply within two working days (Monday–Friday, Indian Standard Time).
